Job summary

International Bridge Inc. is seeking a part-time Customs Entry Writer in Carolina, PR, US to prepare, process, and monitor U.S. customs entries.

You will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments, handling CBP forms, data accuracy, and release monitoring throughout the processing lifecycle. The role requires availability for a shift primarily between 6-10am Eastern time, with responsibilities spanning entry data, classification, and post-entry activities

Qualifications

• Experience in customs brokerage or import operations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments under SLA pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor shipment status and clearance progress.
• Prepare CBP Form 3461 and 7501 data for entry.
• Verify HTS, origin, value, and other required fields.
• Follow up on holds, requests, and releases with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with CBP and PGA requirements.
