Job summary

ManpowerGroup in the United States is seeking a Customs Entry Clerk to prepare and process import/export documents in line with U.S. Customs regulations. You will handle entries, AES, and in-bond filings and coordinate with customs, forwarders, carriers, and clients to resolve discrepancies.

The role requires knowledge of CBP Forms 3461, 7501, and 7512, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM, in a dynamic logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience with ABI in the RB or similar customs system.
• Prior customs brokerage or entry processing experience is desired.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. Customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Outstanding attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process import/export documentation per U.S. Customs regulations.
• Demonstrate proficiency with CBP Forms 3461, 7501, and 7512.
• Review and verify shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
• Communicate with U.S. Customs, freight forwarders, and clients to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customs entries and submissions.
