Job summary

International Bridge is seeking a part-time Customs Entry Writer in Carolina to prepare and track U.S. customs entries from arrival through release. Schedule is Wednesday to Sunday, 6am to 10am.

You will prepare and transmit CBP Forms 3461 and 7501 through our ABI system, enter HTS classifications, country of origin and values, and monitor CBP and PGA messages, holds, exams and releases. • Escalate exceptions and follow up with carriers, warehouses, and customers
• Keep entry records accurate and up to date
• Work under the direction of our licensed customs brokerage team

International Bridge has connected e-commerce to every non continental U.S. destination since 1997. We're hiring a part time Customs Entry Writer in Carolina to prepare and track U.S. Customs entries from arrival through release.

What you'll do

• Prepare and transmit CBP Form 3461 and Form 7501 entries through our ABI system
