PACS is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in our post-acute setting. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor resident status, and support the nursing team to maintain high-quality care.

Work includes accurate charting, reporting changes promptly, and upholding resident dignity and safety. This on-site role requires reliability, good communication, and adherence to facility policies and HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CNA certification.
• Excellent patient care and observation skills.
• Ability to record and report accurately to supervisors.

Responsabilités

• Provide routine daily nursing care to residents.
• Identify and verify residents before procedures.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts clearly and accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
