Job summary

PACS is a national post-acute care organization seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care in line with care plans.

You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, monitor health, document changes, and support a safe, respectful environment across shifts. CNA certification and CPR are preferred; loyalty to residents and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• CNA license required by state law.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries clearly and accurately in logs and charts.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any breaches.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility support.
• Observe health changes and report them to supervisors promptly.
• Prepare residents for exams and tests as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment for residents.
• Participate in shift nursing reports and follow care plans.
