Job summary

Ultipro in Milwaukee is seeking a Baker 1 for the First Shift from 4am to 12pm, starting at $15.00 per hour. You will perform basic baking tasks, ensure food quality, and deliver guest satisfaction while supporting the Pastry and Bread team.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Flexibility for irregular hours including weekends and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; related bakery experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days.
• Basic math including fractions for recipes and measurements.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Professional interaction with guests and team members.
• Ability to work irregular hours including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds; wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic baking duties, measuring and mixing ingredients to recipes for rolls, muffins, and yeasted breads.
• Operate and clean ovens, mixers, and knives safely.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment with Stewards.
• Learn advanced baking duties and assist Pastry and Bread team.
• Assist in storing and rotating inventories as needed.
• Open and close duties as needed.
• Comply with Internal Controls, policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
