Spring Health in the United States is seeking an independently licensed mental health professional to join the Care Navigation team. You will provide initial assessment, support, and care coordination for mood and anxiety disorders, reporting to the Lead Specialty Care Navigator.

This full-time, fully remote role operates Monday–Friday with MT/PT shifts. A strong emphasis on DBT, motivational interviewing, and collaborative care defines the position.

Qualificações

• Must hold an active mental health license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
• Minimum of 2+ years of clinical care experience with mood and anxiety disorders.
• Experience with motivational interviewing, diagnostic assessment, and triage.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct telephonic screening, brief intervention, and referrals to mood/anxiety specialists.
• Apply active listening, psychoeducation, and motivational interviewing to support member goals.
• Utilize DBT skills to coach members in their care journey.
• Identify appropriate level of care and coordinate referrals with Spring Health providers.
• Provide consultation on mental health concerns and family/relationship issues as needed.
• Offer in-the-moment support and safety planning for risk or crisis.
• Maintain records and document interactions in the EHR within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with care support, provider operations, and benefits/billing teams.
