Qualifications

• Active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) and 2+ years of experience.
• Expertise in mood and anxiety disorders, DBT, and evidence-based treatments.
• Excellent communication, tech-savvy, and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial assessments, triage, and referrals to specialty treatment providers.
• Coordinate care with Spring Health providers and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Schedule triages via phone and email.
