Job summary

Agape Montessori in Olathe, KS is seeking an organized After-School Team Lead to supervise the afternoon program and support the closing manager. You will guide staff, implement engaging activities, and communicate with families and leadership to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, some coursework in early childhood education, and experience supervising children in a licensed setting; CPR/First Aid training is provided or required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; coursework in early childhood education preferred.
• Experience supervising staff in childcare settings is desired.
• Montessori philosophy understanding is beneficial for program alignment.
