Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks an organized After-School Team Lead to support the closing manager, supervise staff, and implement engaging student activities aligned with Montessori principles.

You will coordinate communications with parents during pickup and oversee end-of-day operations while ensuring safety and cleanliness. A high school diploma is required, with CPR/First Aid training encouraged.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Experience: Supervisory or lead experience in childcare settings is valued.
• Certifications: CPR, First Aid, and state Health & Safety training required or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistent daily routines during after-school program.
• Lead and mentor after-school staff to maintain a positive work environment.
• Plan age-appropriate, Montessori-aligned activities.
• Serve as liaison between staff, directors, and parents during pickup.
• Assist with closing procedures and ensure facility safety and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with state childcare regulations and safety standards.
