Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal policy.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, motorists, and personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor parking areas, garages, and access points for unusual activity and report when needed.
• Respond calmly to incidents and contact appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of parking facilities, lots, and walkways.
• Document incidents and interactions accurately for supervisors.
