Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors and staff while patrolling parking facilities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking facilities, lots, structures, access points, and surrounding areas.
• Observe and report unauthorized parking, vehicle damage, vandalism, and other incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and communicate with appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and documentation.
