• Guard Card/License is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background investigation will be conducted as a condition of employment.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, motorists, and personnel by following security procedures and site policies.
• Monitor parking areas, garages, access points, and surrounding spaces for unusual activity and policy violations; report observations.
• Respond to incidents, inquiries, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner and contact appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of parking facilities, lots, walkways, and perimeter areas.
• Document incidents and communications and relay information to supervisors and site representatives.
