Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, parking patrons, and municipal staff per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking facilities and surrounding areas.
• Observe and report unauthorized parking, vehicle damage, vandalism, and incidents per procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports related to patrols and interactions.
