Job summary

The LiRo Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee a site work project in Montauk, NY. You will manage on-site operations, coordinate subs, and ensure work complies with plans, specs, and codes, delivering safe, on-time results.

With a minimum of five years in construction supervision, you will lead field teams, enforce OSHA standards, review drawings, and monitor costs to keep the project within budget while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction supervision experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction site operations and field personnel.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and materials to keep schedule.
• Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion.
