Qualifications

• MS Word and Excel are required.
• AutoCAD is recommended.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly look ahead schedules for a project.
• Lead superintendent for a project during critical junctures.
• Manage multiple staff members.
• Ensures manpower in the field is organized and qualified, including subcontractor personnel.
• Prepares reports and forecasts and communicates progress to supervisors.
• Maintain adherence to contract, schedule, budget and safety standards.
