The LiRo Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent in Syracuse/Cortland, NY, to provide management inspection for multi-trade contracts and ensure quality control standards are met. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects and be a strong communicator.

This role offers a competitive compensation package with pay ranging from $45 to $55 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in construction involving large-scale building projects.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Superintendent or Inspector on large scale projects.
• Ability to develop and communicate a project work plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide construction management inspection for multi-trade contracts.
• Monitor work and materials to ensure quality control standards.
• Maintain a written daily log of project progress and issues.
