Job summary

Spokane Hardware Supply in Montana seeks a Wholesale Field Account Manager to grow sales across cabinet hardware, millwork, and industrial coatings. You will manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts, visit customer locations, and develop territory plans with a focus on long-term relationships and growth opportunities.

The role requires 3–5+ years in sales, travel across MT, and strong communication and CRM skills; a HS diploma is required, with a BA/BS preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of sales or account management experience in building materials or related wholesale distribution.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong understanding of cabinet hardware, millwork, and/or coatings processes.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the territory, with overnight stays as needed.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of wholesale accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Identify and acquire new customers within the Montana territory.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to customer locations for needs review and merchandizing support.
• Participate in industry events and product demos to promote the brand and opportunities.
• Coordinate joint sales calls with factory reps and sales manager.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans and growth forecasts.
