Shaw Industries Group, Inc. seeks a Hard Surface Territory Sales Manager in Montana to grow market share and profitability through strong relationships, superior service, and strategic market programs.

Based in Montana, you will conduct daily sales calls, present products to dealers and designers, manage displays, analyze sales data, and ensure compliance with budget and travel expenses while using Salesforce.com.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Previous sales experience required.
Ability to interface with a diverse group of customers in a friendly and respectful manner.
Laptop use and basic Microsoft Windows software (MS Office) proficiency.

Responsibilities

Daily sales calls with existing customers focusing on hard surface flooring products, samples, displays, adhesive, and related items.
Present products to retail dealers, designers and end-users and analyze leads from corporate reports.
Build and install display racks weighing 50 lbs or more.
Prospect new accounts while understanding Montana market dynamics.
Prepare and communicate sales reports showing volume, goals, and market conditions.
Analyze sales statistics and travel/expense data to optimize performance.
Enter all customer interactions into Salesforce.com.
Promote Shaw residential products across Shaw Floors, A/T and Philly Commercial.
