Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Hard Surface Territory Manager for Montana. The role focuses on growing profitability and market share across Montana through strong customer relationships, service, and knowledge of hard surface flooring products.

You will manage displays, samples, and dealer communications while maintaining a robust sales pipeline. The position requires prior sales experience, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and travel within Montana.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous sales experience required.
• Ability to interface with a diverse group of customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Must reside within the state of Montana and be able to lift 50lbs+.

Responsibilities

• Daily sales calls on existing customers with emphasis on hard surface products and related items.
• Present products to retailers, designers, and end-users; analyze leads from corporate reports.
• Sell and assemble display racks weighing 50lbs+ on a regular basis.
• Prospect for new accounts while monitoring territory developments.
• Prepare business transaction and sales reports, tracking volume and potential.
• Communicate periodic sales updates including goals, market conditions, and product needs.
• Analyze sales statistics using territory reports to guide goals and dealer promotions.
• Monitor travel and entertainment expenses and sample budget to meet budget requirements.
• Enter customer interactions and key information into Salesforce.com.
