Job summary

Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is seeking a staff member for the Department of Policy and Evaluation to assist in monitoring and evaluating MCC funded programs and ensuring accountability, transparency, and learning. The role supports developing and implementing M&E plans with partner country counterparts and manages quarterly results reporting for MCC results data.

The position involves data collection, validation, dissemination, and producing public-facing materials such as fact sheets

Responsibilities

• Assist staff in monitoring and evaluation of MCC funded programs to support accountability.
• Support development and implementation of Monitoring and Evaluation plans with country partners.
• Manage quarterly results reporting and dissemination of MCC results data to internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with MCC's MIS team on data requirements, validation, migration, and guidance documents.
• Prepare data visualizations, fact sheets, and other public communication tools.
