Job summary

The Millennium Challenge Corporation in Washington, DC seeks an Associate Director (Monitoring and Evaluation) to serve as the M&E subject matter expert across the program lifecycle. You will work with country teams to develop and update logical frameworks (theories of change) and indicators, guiding measurement and quality control to drive program results.

You will ensure the accuracy of data in MCC communications and reports, provide guidance on M&E plans including budgeting and contracting,

Qualifications

• Expertise in monitoring and evaluation across program lifecycles.
• Ability to develop and update logical frameworks and theories of change.
• Experience with data quality reviews and performance indicators.

Responsibilities

• Serve as M&E subject matter expert across the program lifecycle in country teams.
• Provide technical guidance on theories of change and indicator design.
• Ensure data quality in MCC materials and public reports.
• Lead budgeting, contracting tasks, and M&E system oversight.
• Develop TORs and manage evaluation budgets; advise on methodologies.
