Intuit is seeking a strategic, data-driven operator to partner with senior sales leaders in its Money business, driving strategy, operating cadence, forecasting, and revenue performance.

The role involves leading revenue initiatives, collaborating with analytics and GTM teams to deliver insights through Salesforce and other tools, and requiring strong executive presence and communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Management Consulting, Strategy, or Revenue Operations with customer-facing teams.
• Experience in Payments, Banking, or Financial Products strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communicator with executive presence and influence.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity through structure and action.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the VP of Money Sales to define strategic priorities and drive execution.
• Lead revenue initiatives from design to delivery, ensuring alignment across functions.
• Build and manage the operating cadence, including planning, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with analytics and GTM teams to deliver actionable insights through Salesforce and other tools.
• Identify and resolve business challenges that impact growth and operational efficiency.
