Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking motivated Custody Operations Analysts to join the Money Movement Operations team supporting WCIB. You will work on Global Fund Custody (GFC) Money Movement and Cash Exceptions, handling wires, ACHs, and transfers with accuracy while supporting inquiries and improving processes.

Two years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. The role requires 3+ days in a U.S. Bank location, with a comprehensive benefits package and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of related experience required.
• Knowledge of custody operational functions, systems and procedures preferred.
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; customer relations focus.

Responsibilities

• Process payment requests including wires, ACH transactions, tax payments, and transfers.
• Handle high volumes of transactions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Support operational inquiries related to payment processing.
• Ensure transactions are completed efficiently within deadlines.
• Research and resolve cash movement exceptions and discrepancies.
• Partner with internal groups to resolve complex issues and support process improvements.
