You will investigate discrepancies, process ACH and wire payments, and collaborate with internal teams to maintain accurate client accounts. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of related experience in custody operations or financial processing.
• Bachelor's degree required; knowledge of custody operations and related regulations preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to resolve discrepancies.
• Proficiency in interpreting transaction data and reconciling financial activity.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and balance income transactions associated with federal income and physical securities.
• Process and apply income payments received through ACH and wire transactions.
• Research and resolve cash and asset exceptions.
• Respond to inquiries from account administrators, brokers, and trade representatives.
• Collaborate with Corporate Actions, Asset File, Trade Services, and other teams.
• Manage shared mailboxes and communicate issues and resolutions clearly.
• Prioritize work to meet established service levels.
