Job summary

U.S. Bank Global Fund Services seeks a Fund Custody Account Manager to support day-to-day custody account administration, monitor cash positions, and deliver timely, high-quality reporting.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve securities inquiries and ensure SLAs are met in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. The role requires 3–5 years in securities operations or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in securities operations, accounting, trade processing and customer service.
• Knowledge of trust and securities operations, systems, procedures, products and/or services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as one of the client's primary contacts, delivering a high level of customer service.
• Manage daily account administration with focus on daily and future cash positions.
• Create and deliver reporting documents to external customers within established timeframes.
• Prepare and develop reports for management.
• Respond to inquiries and coordinate resolution regarding securities issues from internal and external customers, management and regulators.
