Qualifications

• Two years or more of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Ability to quickly learn custody operational functions and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience analyzing transaction data and identifying discrepancies.
• Ability to reconcile and balance financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile and balance income transactions related to federal income and physical securities.
• Process income payments via ACH and wire transactions.
• Research and resolve cash and asset exceptions.
• Review activity, identify discrepancies, and take corrective action.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external business partners.
• Collaborate with teams across Corporate Actions, Asset File, Trade Services, and other areas.
• Manage and respond to requests via shared team mailboxes.
• Communicate issues and resolutions clearly and professionally.
• Prioritize work to meet service level commitments.
