Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Lead Product Designer on-site in New York to support the Monetization team on a temporary contract. The designer will lead, craft pixel-perfect experiences across acquisition and purchase funnels for TV, mobile, and web, and bring AI-forward practices to ideation, prototyping, and production.

Applicants must work on a W2 basis with a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and life insurance. Rate range is $78.00–$86.00/hr.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design with lead ownership.
• Strong UX and visual design across devices.
• Fluency with AI design tools and workflows.
• Independent ownership with consensus-building.
• Ability to ramp quickly into an existing team and design system.
• Portfolio demonstrating depth; online portfolio link required.
• Experience working in agile teams.
• Full-time availability for approximately 3 months with quick start.
• Experience with acquisition, subscription, or purchase-funnel design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design pixel-precise, on-brand experiences for acquisition and purchase funnels.
• Research competitive landscape and shape user flows considering new functionality and revenue impact.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional partners across acquisition, conversion, and engagement spaces.
• Maintain momentum for in-flight projects and provide continuity during transitions.
• Champion visual and functional consistency while evolving design systems.
• Apply AI-forward thinking to workflows and champion AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production.
• Update acquisition flows and purchase funnels for P+, incorporating policy changes.
