Cella by Randstad Digital is seeking a Product Designer to own end-to-end design across connected TV, mobile, and web to boost acquisition and monetization. You will work directly with senior product and engineering leaders to translate complex requirements into seamless user journeys and apply AI-assisted prototyping to accelerate ideation while preserving craft.

Qualifications

7+ years of product design experience at senior/lead level in complex digital ecosystems.
Track record designing purchase funnels, subscription flows or monetization in streaming/e-commerce.
Fluency with AI-assisted prototyping, generative design tools, and research synthesis workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX and visual design for acquisition and purchase flows across TV, mobile, and web.
Collaborate with senior product and engineering leaders to translate requirements into user journeys.
