Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Monetization team, supporting acquisition flows and purchase funnels for a leading streaming platform. You will collaborate with the Design Director and PMs to evolve experiences across connected TV, mobile, and web, aligning with legal and billing policy changes while keeping the customer experience simple and visually polished.

Job description

Our client is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join the Monetization team supporting acquisition flows and purchase funnels for a leading streaming platform. The designer will work closely with the Design Director and Product Managers to update and improve acquisition and purchase experiences across connected TVs, mobile, and web. This role will focus on evolving purchase and acquisition flows in response to legal and billing policy changes, while maintaining a simple, intuitive, and visually polished customer experience.

• Location: New York, NY or Burbank, CA (Onsite)
• Contract Duration: Till December 2026 (Possible Extension)
• Rate Range: $65–$80/hr W2
• Only W2 Candidates, NO C2C

Responsibilities

• Design pixel-precise, on-brand experiences across acquisition and purchase funnels.
• Update and improve purchase flows based on product requirements, legal changes, billing policies, and partner feedback.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and other cross-functional partners.
• Research competitive experiences and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
• Develop and rapidly iterate multiple concepts under tight timelines.
• Design experiences across multiple devices and form factors, including connected TV, mobile, and web.
• Maintain visual and functional consistency within the existing design system.
• Identify opportunities to evolve and improve design systems and user experiences.
• Keep in-flight projects moving and provide continuity during transitions.
• Incorporate AI tools and workflows into design activities such as ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, and production.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Design experience, including experience operating at a senior or lead level.
• Demonstrated ability to drive design decisions and partner directly with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong UX and visual design skills with an eye for simple, intuitive interfaces.
• Experience designing across multiple device types and form factors.
• Demonstrated fluency with AI design tools and workflows, including AI-assisted prototyping, generative design, research/synthesis, or related tools.
• Strong independent ownership and ability to build consensus across stakeholders.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
• Ability to ramp quickly into an established product, team, and design system.
• Ability to rapidly concept, ideate, and execute multiple design concepts under tight deadlines.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Product Owners, Developers, and QA.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
