You’ll collaborate with growth product managers and engineers to prototype and refine experiences that translate product value into monetization while upholding high standards of usability, quality, and accessibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing high‑quality product experiences for complex digital products.
• Experience designing growth or monetization experiences within large-scale product ecosystems.
• Strong craft with a systems mentality and scalable automation.
• Hands-on prototyping with Figma, code, or low‑fi mockups.
• Experience crafting experiments and improvements informed by metrics and A/B tests.
• Strong collaboration with product, design, engineering and data teams.
• Passion for accessibility, scalability and inclusive design principles.
• Strong skills in prototyping, storytelling and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define interaction patterns for monetizing generative AI and new capabilities.
• Collaborate with growth PMs and engineers to prototype and refine experiences.
• Create internal tools and explore ways users engage with AI within workflows.
• Iterate concepts through feedback, testing, and measurement.
