Avispa Technology is seeking a Senior Product Designer for an onsite contract role in New York, NY. You will own the acquisition and purchase funnel experiences and design on-brand flows for connected TVs, mobile, and web to drive acquisition, conversion, and engagement.

You will collaborate with product and engineering, maintain visual and functional consistency, evolve design systems, and apply AI-forward thinking to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production while protecting craft.

Qualifications

7+ years of product design experience, including senior or lead-level contributions.
Ability to drive design decisions and collaborate with senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong UX and visual design skills across devices and form factors.
Fluency with AI design tools and workflows.
Portfolio required with a working URL.
Experience working in agile teams.

Responsibilities

Research competitive landscapes and translate insights into user flows for new functionality and revenue impact.
Collaborate with product and engineering and cross-functional partners to develop end-to-end solutions across funnel stages.
Provide continuity during transitions by keeping in-flight projects moving and maintaining visual and functional consistency.
Identify opportunities to evolve and strengthen design systems and spot improvements.
Apply AI-forward thinking to design and team workflows by experimenting with AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production while protecting craft.

Research competitive landscapes and translate insights into user flows that accommodate new functionality, technology shifts, and revenue impact
Collaborate with product and engineering, plus cross-functional partners, to develop end-to-end solutions across funnel stages
Provide continuity during transitions by keeping in-flight projects moving and maintaining visual and functional consistency
Identify opportunities to evolve and strengthen design systems while spotting where improvements can be made
Apply AI-forward thinking to design and team workflows by experimenting with and championing AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and production while protecting craft

Requirements

7+ years of product design experience, including senior or lead-level contributions
Proven ability to drive design decisions and collaborate directly with senior cross-functional stakeholders
Strong UX and visual design skills, with emphasis on simple, intuitive interfaces across different devices and form factors
Fluency with AI design tools and workflows, with genuine curiosity about AI’s impact on the design process
Ability to rapidly concept, ideate, and execute multiple concepts under tight timelines
Portfolio required with a working URL link
Experience working in agile teams with product owners, developers, and QA
Preferred: experience designing acquisition, subscription, or purchase funnels
