Job summary

WorkGenius Group in New York is seeking a Senior Product Designer for a 3-month engagement to craft pixel‑perfect, on‑brand experiences across acquisition, conversion, engagement and purchase funnels.

You will partner with Product, Engineering and QA, drive AI-assisted design initiatives, maintain design system consistency, and deliver rapid concepts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product design experience with senior- or lead-level ownership.
• Strong UX and visual design skills for responsive experiences across devices.
• Experience with acquisition, subscription, or purchase-funnel design, preferably AI-assisted.
• Independent ownership, stakeholder management, and adaptability to ramp into existing products.
• Experience in Agile environments with cross-functional teams; available for a 3-month engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design pixel-precise, on-brand experiences across acquisition, conversion, engagement, and purchase funnels.
• Research trends and create intuitive user flows addressing new functionality, technology shifts, and revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders to develop solutions across multiple problem spaces.
• Maintain momentum and design continuity across in-flight projects while championing visual and functional consistency and evolving design systems.
• Integrate AI tools into ideation, prototyping, research, and production; rapidly develop concepts in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, including senior- or lead-level ownership and partnership with senior stakeholders.
• Strong UX and visual design skills focused on simple, intuitive, responsive experiences across devices, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Experience with acquisition, subscription, or purchase-funnel design, preferably including AI-assisted design, prototyping, generative design, or research tools.
• Strong independent ownership, stakeholder management, consensus building, adaptability, and ability to quickly ramp into existing products and design systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments with Product, Engineering, and QA; full-time availability for the 3-month engagement and flexibility to start quickly.
