Job summary

Towne Park in Rochester, MN is hiring Hospital Valet Drivers for Mayo Clinic location. Starting pay $20.25 per hour with Monday–Friday shifts from 6am to noon or noon to 6pm, no nights or weekends. The Guest Service Associate role includes parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering guest amenities. Benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401k enrollment. No experience required; valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or GED preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver's license required within commuting distance.
• 1 month related experience or training; or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
• Explain parking rates and process; manage keys, tickets and receipts.
