Job summary

Mayo Clinic is seeking a parking attendant at our Rochester, MN campus. You will enforce parking policies, assist patients and visitors, handle cash transactions, and help maintain a safe, efficient ramp environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and a valid Minnesota driver’s license, with prior customer service and cash handling experience preferred. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid Minnesota driver’s license.
• Previous customer service and cash handling experience is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Requires good communication and math and computer skills.
• Must clearly speak, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Enforce parking policies daily as per Parking and Transportation Committee.
• Handle cash transactions at patient/visitor ramps in a fast-paced setting.
• Record daily revenue activity and assist as cashier.
• Maintain safe and secure work environment; work with exposure to heat, dust, noise and sun.
• Perform other duties as required.
