Job summary

Towne Park LLC is seeking a Guest Service Associate in Monterey, CA. The role includes parking and retrieving guest vehicles, assisting with luggage, and delivering prompt, safe service during arrival and departure.

Work schedule is Friday through Sunday with an hourly base pay of $16.90 plus tips. Eligible benefits include accident and critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity, telemedicine and a 401k plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license or reside within commuting distance.
• One month of related experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of customer services principles and processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist guests with parking and retrieving vehicles; help with luggage as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Provide directions and information about area amenities and meeting rooms.
• Process ticket information and assist with revenue collection when required.
