Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Valet Parking Attendant at Abbott Northwestern Hospital. The role pays $18.00-$20.00 per hour and runs Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM with no weekends.

Location is I20-177_800 E 28TH ST, Minneapolis, MN. You will greet guests, park and retrieve vehicles, and provide exceptional service while adhering to safety standards. Must be at least 18, hold a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with guests.
• Ability to learn quickly and use sound decision making in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to operate guest vehicles requiring normal coordination.
• Move between valet stand and customer cars by walking or running for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate valet service from arrival to departure, including greeting guests and issuing tickets.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and accurately.
• Inspect vehicles for pre-existing damage and document findings.
• Deliver strong customer service and assist guests as needed.
• Open doors and assist with loading/unloading personal items.
• Maintain vehicle safety and security, including directing traffic and monitoring areas.
• Process valet fees and assist with end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Retrieve vehicles promptly for waiting guests and assist with luggage.
• Report incidents to supervisors.
• Communicate professionally with guests and teammates.
