Job summary

Rexel USA in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Distribution Center Team Lead to guide a small team and oversee daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role runs Monday to Friday with a 9 am - 6 pm shift, offering paid holidays and PTO to support work-life balance. The Team Lead will coordinate inbound/outbound processes, safety, and customer-specific requirements while maintaining inventory accuracy and security.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of distribution center or warehouse experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Assist in leading, training, and coordinating work including delivery scheduling, inbound and outbound processes, safety requirements, and special customer requirements.
• In the absence of the Distribution Center Supervisor or Distribution Center Assistant Supervisor, will be responsible for overseeing aspects of the department.
• Must know all department functions and processes.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all material handling equipment, maintaining the security of the Distribution Center and accurate inventory.
• Ensure inbound and/or outbound shipments and products are accurate and free of damage.
• Ensure that jobs are correctly implemented, assigned effectively, and completed properly.
• Assist in maintenance and security of the Distribution Center.
• Other duties as assigned.
