Job summary

Rexel USA, a leading electrical distributor, is seeking a Lead Warehouse for the Gexpro team in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will oversee order fulfillment, receiving, stocking, and shipping while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will train Warehouse Associates, manage branch inventory, and support occasional counter sales and customer support. This is a full-time, on-site role with early morning hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift, hand truck, pallet jack operation certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license may be required for deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Fill and ship customer orders accurately and on time.
• Receive, stock, stage, and inventory materials in a safe, organized manner.
• Train and mentor Warehouse Associates.
