Job summary

Rexel USA, Inc. in Carrollton, TX is seeking a Distribution Center Team Lead to supervise a small team in our distribution center. The role follows a Monday to Friday schedule with paid holidays and paid time off, and a shift from 9 am to 6 pm, offering weekends at home.

As a team lead you’ll coordinate delivery scheduling, inbound/outbound processes, safety requirements, and customer needs while ensuring safe operation of equipment and accurate inventory. This is a hands-on leadership role.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of distribution center or warehouse experience.
• Certification to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment preferred.
• High School or GED - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to a culture and environment focused daily on employee safety and a safe work environment.
• Assist in leading, training, and coordinating work including delivery scheduling, inbound/outbound processes, safety requirements, and special customer requirements.
• In the absence of the DC Supervisor, oversee department aspects and ensure processes are performed correctly.
• Ensure efficient operation of material handling equipment and accurate inventory.
• Ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free.
• Assign and complete jobs properly; assist in maintenance and security of the DC.
