Job summary

Top Rx LLC is seeking a Team Lead to oversee staff in the distribution center, ensuring duties are performed to company standards and policies. You will support the Management Team with daily DC operations and manage a group of operators to achieve targets.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and efficiency, with responsibilities spanning training, scheduling, error reduction, and adherence to health and environmental regulations to maintain a productive and compliant warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma is required.
• Three+ years of proven warehouse leadership/management experience.
• Ability to motivate, develop and lead others.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of customer deliverables and impact of failure/cost of poor quality.
• Good planning skills and ability to meet targets and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related Microsoft products.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff within the work area to ensure duties are performed to company standards.
• Support the Management Team with day-to-day DC operations.
• Manage a group of operators to achieve business targets.
• Train new DC associates within area of responsibility.
• Resolve issues or escalate to senior level when appropriate.
• Review ways to reduce errors and wastes.
• Ensure staff comply with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
• Assist with start-up packing, order processing, and bulk picking as needed.
