Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/AS in MLS, molecular biology, or related field; ASCP preferred.
• Clinical molecular lab experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow regulated procedures.
• Clear written and verbal communication and teamwork in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform molecular diagnostic tests including sample prep and assay setup.
• Operate and calibrate specialized lab instruments; analyze results per protocols.
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality control and proficiency testing.
• Troubleshoot instrument issues and collaborate with colleagues to ensure timely reporting.
• Adhere to safety regulations and continuously improve molecular testing workflows.
