Qualifikationen

• Strong laboratory skills in specimen preparation, slide staining, microscopy, and handling of cytology samples.
• Knowledge of pathology and cytopathology principles, including interpretation of gynecologic and non-gynecologic specimens.
• Experience with quality control, quality assurance, and compliance with CLIA and other regulatory standards.
