Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 3-5 years injection molding experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
• RJG Systematic 1 Molding Certification a plus.
• Knowledge of LOTO procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up molds and perform machine adjustments to meet quality and safety standards.
• Lead mold changeovers and support operators to achieve target cycle times.
• Report downtime, scrap and efficiency, and maintain documentation for GMP and GDP requirements.
• Perform 6S tasks and ensure tools and molding components are organized.
• Direct and participate in process improvements including LEAN initiatives.
