You will oversee daily production, staffing, and documentation while guiding continuous improvement efforts to meet strict quality standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing. Injection molding experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical/operations field.
• 3+ years of advancing manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for regulatory interactions.
• Knowledge of GMP and quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day production, scheduling, staffing, material management, and auditing.
• Interview, hire, coach, and develop direct reports with performance feedback.
• Review and approve batch documentation and product release timelines.
• Drive continuous improvements, Lean, and 5S initiatives.
• Ensure GMP compliance, safety, and adherence to SOPs and FDA requirements.
