Job summary

Baxter in the United States is seeking a Production Technician II - Molding to ensure safe, efficient, high-quality operation of injection molding equipment. You will set up molds, optimize machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and lead mold changeovers while maintaining validated parameters and target cycle times.

Join a collaborative molding team and drive continuous improvement through LEAN, 6S, and cGMP documentation, while adhering to safety policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years relevant injection molding experience preferred.
• Experience with LEAN, 6S and cGMP documentation.
• Ability to follow GDP procedures and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine set-ups and mold changes to meet specs.
• Operate and adjust molding equipment; maintain validated parameters.
• Lead changeovers and monitor downtime, scrap, and efficiency.
• Support operators and report production metrics daily.
• Execute 6S tasks and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
