Qualifications

• 5 years of molding experience preferred.
• 2-3 years of process experience preferred but will train.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Remove previous PPIF, documentation raw materials and tools from press.
• Conduct tooling evaluations.
• Perform PIF documentation.
• Release jobs to production.
• Change process ranges to produce conforming product or margin.
• Train molding operators and less experienced Process Technicians.
• Change molds and cores.
• Perform mold preventative maintenance.
• Maintain 5S areas.
• Ensure date codes are correct.

Skills

Problem solving capability

Basic computer skills including Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience in plastic injection molding or rubber molding

Education

Highschool diploma or GED

Tools

Lift truck operator license
