Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking a Molding Supervisor to lead a team on the molding floor, coordinating production, safety and quality to meet schedules. You will assign work, train staff, and drive a productive environment that minimizes scrap and downtime.

Ideal candidates will have molding supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership, and proven ability to manage priorities under deadlines. Lean practices and TS 16949 knowledge are highly valued for daily improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Previous molding experience.
• Minimum of 2 years' supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Knowledge of TS 16949 requirements.
• Professional demeanor with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, plan and coordinate molding operations on assigned shift to maintain production schedules, quality and cost standards.
• Ensure quality of work, efficient material and workflow, and proper use and maintenance of equipment and production methods.
• Organize and assign work to maximize employees' knowledge and skills for efficient schedules.
• Improve productivity through training, lean practices, and support of Business System goals.
• Lead employee training and meetings to maintain open communication.
• Evaluate performance and coach employees to maintain safe and efficient work performance.
• Maintain focus on reducing scrap and preventing substandard product shipments.
• Ensure a safe, clean and organized plant by implementing 5S principles.
• Enforce company policies and coaching to address performance issues.
