Job summary

Nemera is seeking a Maintenance Technician - Molding (APU 2-B) for a 12-hour rotating shift in Buffalo Grove, IL. You will repair and maintain injection molding equipment, robots, and related automation in a high-speed, FDA-regulated environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 3+ years of hands-on experience, strong math/reading/communication skills, and injection molding experience. PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, and SAP experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
• Read, use and interpret measuring devices and inspection tools.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical or mechanical malfunctions.
• Input maintenance work orders into SAP and monitor equipment performance.
