Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience (required).
• Able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk most of the shift.
• Vision testing requirements must be satisfied.

Aufgaben

• Supports operator levels 1 and 2 and performs startup of molding equipment.
• Load master cycle parameters and program automated/robotic systems.
• Ensure machines run at standard and product meets specifications at startup.
• Troubleshoot small to mid-size process issues and escalate as needed.
• Perform line clearances, mold setup, color changes, and traceability tasks.
